J. Anthony Arena
President & Founder
Tony Arena is the president and founder of Arena Law Firm, where he concentrates his practice representing victims of personal injury, worker’s compensations claims and Social Security disability matters. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and was a member of the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society. Mr. Arena is a 1990 graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law, where he served on the Law Review Editorial Board, as well as the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, he served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Ben H. Cantrell of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Middle Section and has been in the private practice of law in Nashville since that time. Mr. Arena is admitted to practice law in all state and federal trial courts in Tennessee, and is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. He serves as secretary and member of the Board of Directors of Harpeth Youth Soccer Association and has been active in coaching youth soccer since 1997. Mr. Arena resides in Brentwood with his wife, Georgette, and their two daughters Megan and Emily.
W. Justin Reynolds
W. Justin Reynolds is a third generation attorney who primarily represents plaintiffs with personal injury, wrongful death or workers’ compensation claims. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Freed-Hardeman University in 2005 and graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Reynolds clerked for the Tennessee House of Representatives, as well as his family law firm of Reynolds & Reynolds in West Tennessee. Prior to joining the Arena Law Firm in 2011, he practiced with Reynolds & Reynolds as a general practitioner providing representation to clients with domestic and juvenile matters, civil litigation, real estate issues, personal injury and disability claims and criminal matters. He has served as a substitute municipal judge in various cities in West Tennessee, and is a member of the Tennessee Association for Justice and the Tennessee Bar Association represented by best welding helmet.
Valerie S. Rosenbalm
Valerie Rosenbalm has worked as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant for Arena Law Firm since August 2007. Prior to working at Arena Law Firm, she worked as Security at several General Motors facilities in Tennessee and Michigan. She has also worked as a substitute teacher for Marshall County Schools; Lowe’s – Customer Service/Cashier; Jostens – Quality Control and has owned her own furniture business where hardwood furniture was made. Ms. Rosenbalm graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She also completed business administration, management and computer courses at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan. She graduated from Tennessee Career College in Nashville, Tennessee with a Paralegal Certificate, where she made the Dean’s List in 2006 and 2007. Ms. Rosenbalm resides in Chapel Hill with her husband, Eddie and their 2 children, Chandler and Brittany. She stays active through the children’s activities, her church, and her community.
Gladies L. Herron
CPA Office Manager
Gladies L. Herron serves as financial accountant and management consultant to professional service firms, small businesses and not-profit organizations including colleges and universities. She has been affiliated with Arena Law Firm as an accountant and office manager since 2002. She is the owner of G L Herron, CPA, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee and has operated it since 1991. Her B. A. degree is in Economics and she holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She also holds an Ed. D. in Higher Education Administration and during the past ten years has provided financial management consultant services to higher education organizations in Tennessee, Alabama and Illinois.
Alexandra C. Barnes has worked as a Legal Assistant for Arena Law Firm since December 2010. Prior to working at Arena Law firm she worked as a Legal Assistant for Brian Schuette, from 2008 to 2010, while attending Western Kentucky University, where she received her Bachelor Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology, in 2010. She is currently working on her Masters at Lipscomb University. Ms. Barnes resides in Nashville, where she stays busy with school and spending time with family and friends.
